Hon Murray McCully, Foreign Affairs Minister of New Zealand visited ERIA on 20 October 2010 and had a meeting with Mr Hidetoshi Nishimura, Executive Director, ERIA.

Mr. Nishimura welcomed the Minister to ERIA. He recalled New Zealand's trendsetting contribution to ERIA and expressed his gratitude both for the financial support as well as New Zealand's public support to ERIA. He briefed the Minister on the current status of works at ERIA and its planned activities in the region.

The Minister thanked Mr Nishimura warmly for the meeting and assured him of New Zealand's continued and enthusiastic support to ERIA's work.
