China-Southeast Asia Relations Expert Died from COVID-19

The female Doctor who was sick went to Paris (France) to attend the Indo-Pacific Workshop from 4 to 11 March. She returned to Manila on 12 March, immediately went for a test and remained in San Lazaro hospital until her death on March 21.
