Natasya joined ERIA in March 2025 as a Research Associate at the ERIA Digital Innovation and Sustainable Economy Centre (E-DISC). In this role, she contributes to promoting robust and responsible digital transformation across the ASEAN and East Asia regions through research and related activities.

Her professional background spans an international business association and several think tanks based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Prior to joining ERIA, Natasya worked as an Analyst for the Indonesia portfolio at the US-ASEAN Business Council (US-ABC). Her previous work informed the private sector about various regulatory developments and challenges in Indonesia, facilitated the Council's engagement and strategic partnerships with the government, and helped ensure successful policy advocacy efforts, particularly in ICT, as well as in sectors such as healthcare and trade.

Earlier in her career, Natasya held roles in research and project management. She has experience supporting Indonesia’s G20 Chairmanship through research on digital talent development and was involved in initiatives addressing child growth, urban transportation, inclusive finance, and governance issues in Indonesia, from providing research assistance to supporting the dissemination of findings.

Education

Natasya graduated from Universitas Indonesia with a bachelor's degree in International Relations. Her specialisation was in International Political Economy, and her thesis focused on Japan's role in the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).
