H.E. Dr. Thanat Khoman passed away in Bangkok on Friday, 4 March, at the age of 102. He was among five foreign ministers, considered ASEAN's founding fathers, who signed the 'Bangkok Declaration' on the establishment of ASEAN on 8 August 1967.
