Concern over the political upheaval in Myanmar is being voiced in Thailand. People gathered in front of the Myanmar Embassy in Bangkok to protest against the military takeover. The demonstration was staged by a leading anti-government group in Thailand. Hundreds of Thais and Myanmar residents participated. They called on the Thai government not to endorse and legitimize the coup.
