Elsa Noviani holds a Bachelor degree in Communication Science from Universitas Padjadjaran.

Elsa is the Knowledge Management Associate at the Regional Knowledge Centre for Marine Plastic Debris of ERIA. Prior to joining the unit in October 2022, she worked as a communications specialist for various development programmes covering women's empowerment, children and education, as well as public health. During her ten years of communication-related work in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, Elsa gathered experience in social impact communication, risk communication, community engagement, as well as behaviour change communication.
