Membership of the Network

The Network is composed of:

  1. Members: Policymakers from Governments of ASEAN and EAS region countries can participate as members of the Asia CCUS Network.
  2. Supporting members: a) public and private companies interested in CCUS activities and business in the EAS region; b) academia including universities, research institutes, and think tanks interested in conducting CCUS technical, economic, and legal studies in the EAS region; c) financial institutions and commercial banks interested in supporting CCUS business financially; d) regional and international organisations, forums, and initiatives relating to CCUS.

All of the above Network members and supporting members share the vision and support the mission of the Asia CCUS Network. To realize the vision and accomplish the mission, any activities among Network members and supporting members are to be conducted by voluntary basis and are not to be obliged.

They are encouraged to share their experiences and knowledge in their respective countries and within their jurisdiction of any development of CCUS – either policy formulation or practical pilot projects. Furthermore, a Network secretariat will conduct research studies on CCUS with technical assistance from the supporting members.
