The push towards digitalisation and digital transformation have been on the agenda of many governments in recent years, notably more targeted towards small businesses. The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic further accelerated this agenda even as MSMEs struggled to adapt and survive in the uncertain economic environment.
Whilst the broad agenda must be commended, the fact remains that digital transformation covers a broad spectrum requiring varying skill sets. Upskilling to succeed is necessary, but what skills are needed, what support is provided and fundamentally, what are entrepreneurs, start-ups and small businesses doing to remain relevant in the digital economy?
Come join us and hear from a well-blended panel of economic experts and entrepreneurs as they share their thoughts about what they see locally and regionally.
