Project Overview
This study aims to provide policy recommendations to the Government of Cambodia for the development of a green Special Economic Zone (SEZ). The objective is to support the establishment of an environmentally sustainable SEZ that can attract investment from Japanese companies.
The study will assess potential locations for such a zone, focusing on areas that align with the interests of prospective Japanese investors. It will also explore the feasibility of identifying a Japanese entity capable of effectively operating and managing the SEZ.
