Project Overview

The study aims to update estimates of the potential demand and supply of low-carbon hydrogen and ammonia in AZEC countries, alongside revising the compilation of policy measures and strategies related to these energy carriers.

In addition to updating policies on hydrogen and ammonia across the region, the study will analyse specific case studies of hydrogen development at selected sites within AZEC countries. It will also consolidate the outcomes of international hydrogen workshops organised under the framework of this research.
