Mr. Satoshi Miyamoto, Deputy Director-General, Manufacturing Industries Bureau, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of Japan and some METI officials visited ERIA Annex Office on October 25, 2012.

Prof. Hidetoshi Nishimura, Executive Director of ERIA, received the delegation. Both parties exchanged views on some issues related between ASEAN and Japan. Prof. Nishimura introduced ERIA's activities and recent outcomes highlighting ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) Midterm Review (MTR) Project.
