Putti Ananda Hiswi holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from Universitas Indonesia with a full scholarship from Beasiswa Unggulan Mandiri DIKTI 2017, where her thesis on ASEAN's regional security efforts was recognised as the best graduate thesis in the department.

Putti serves as Coordinating Officer at ERIA, focusing on intergovernmental relations, ASEAN regional issues, and development since August 2020. 

Before joining ERIA, Putti served as the Editorial Secretary of GLOBAL: Jurnal Politik Internasional at Universitas Indonesia for two years. She also worked as a teaching assistant, providing guidance to graduate students in international security studies.

Putti's dedication to ASEAN studies and regional development is evident in her research contributions to ERIA projects. Her research interests include regional studies, ASEAN security studies, and non-traditional security studies, where she has authored several articles for international publications.
