Jakarta, 25 June 2024: President ERIA Tetsuya Watanabe met with the Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Kamar Dagang dan Industri Indonesia (KADIN), Arsjad Rasjid.

President Watanabe congratulated Chairman Rasjid on his return as Chairman of KADIN and appreciated KADIN and ASEAN-BAC Indonesia’s steadfast support for ERIA’s activities. Chairman Rasjid also expressed gratitude to President Watanabe and ERIA for their support during the ASEAN Business and Investment Summit last year in Jakarta and this year in Vientiane, Lao PDR.

They discussed the upcoming AZEC Advocacy Group Roundtable and Indonesia’s future economic trajectory. Both are keen to explore potential avenues for collaboration.
