ERIA President and Cambodian Prime Minister Discuss Economic Cooperation in Tokyo

Tokyo, 29 May 2025: ERIA President Tetsuya Watanabe met with Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet on the sidelines of the Nikkei Forum 2025 and the Cambodia–Japan Business Forum, during the Prime Minister’s official visit to Tokyo, Japan.

During the meeting, President Watanabe briefed Prime Minister Hun Manet and his ministerial delegation on the progress of ERIA’s ongoing economic studies related to Cambodia. The two leaders held a productive discussion on the future direction of collaboration and explored new opportunities to strengthen the ERIA–Cambodia partnership.
