Tsani obtained her master degree in Environmental Management and Development from the Australian National University (ANU). During her study, she was working as a research assistant in the Crawford School of Public Policy at the ANU to conduct a research to evaluate food estate policy in Kalimantan, Indonesia. She also involved in the preparation of APEC report on "Low Carbon Development Strategy for the Special Economic Zone Bitung" with ICLEI-Local Governments for Sustainability. Accordingly, she worked part time on "Green Economy in Indonesia" research project with the University of Melbourne. She received her bachelor degree from Urban and Regional Planning, Institut Teknologi Bandung. In ERIA, she involves in exploring energy issues from multidisciplinary perspectives. Her research interest lies in the field of climate change, environmental management and low carbon energy system.
