Capacity Building Program was held at ERIA Annex Office on March 26, 2010.

 General Manager of ERIA, Mr. Daiki Kasugahara, gave explanation on ERIA's activities since when its establishment. After that, four fellows from CLMV courtiers made presentations respectively. From ERIA side, Dr. Sothea Oum, Associate Researcher of ERIA, delivered a lecture on the subject of Understanding an Informed-Decision Making Process.

During the meeting, there was also a question-and-answer session with ERIA researchers. The meaningful discussion was conducted to deepen knowledge and share experiences on economics, commerce and industry related issues. Executive Director of ERIA, Mr. Hidetoshi Nishimura were also present and encouraged the participants.
